Natalie Collins is an operations expert with a background in high growth environments, startups and multinationals, and experience across construction and renewable energy.

Natalie's obsession is sustainable growth. She has the unique ability to quickly identify opportunities for efficiencies, implement fit for purpose systems and scale operational excellence, leaving teams feeling empowered, cohesive and set up for expansion.

She works closely with cross functional teams to identify, build and implement data driven tools, processes and procedures.

Principal

Stephen Au is a seasoned executive with extensive experience structuring vertically integrated finance arrangements in the renewable energy space, having held senior roles with leading players such as Green Peak Energy and Flow Power.

He has operated at the intersection of finance, strategy and commercial delivery, scaling high growth energy businesses where capital structure and execution have to move together.

Through his experience and network, Stephen provides expert advisory and execution capability across CFO and board advisory, capital structuring, equity and debt financing, capital raising and advanced financial modelling, anchoring our work with larger, capital heavy clients.
